Phil is one of the founders of the company and takes care of all sides of relocation from creating the list of properties matching the criteria to helping with required documents and transition. 

Becca Crawford
Interior Design and Renovations

Becca joined the business in 2013 and brought with her a full range of experience and knowledge in Interior Design. With a range of specialists builders now she is running the renovations department.

Sam after 8 years of working in a well known Investment Bank decided to join Phil to create Taylor Wise where clients not only find rental properties but can get help with property investment and get sound advice.
